​A bone-dry, small batch cider made from an apple blend of Ellis bitter, Goldrush and Porters perfection. This trio of apples imparts bold tannins with a lingering acidity to help make for a truly unique drinking experience. This cider pairs well with meats and cheeses. A tart cherry cider made by fermenting apples including King David, Jonagold, Roxbury russet, and Hudson golden gem together with Montmorency cherry juice. Best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%

​Named after a wild friend who thought we should try a blueberry cider. A fruity blueberry lemon cider, with strong notes of wild blueberry in balance with our traditional tart, crisp apple cider. ABV 6.9%.

VERY BERRY - BRIDGEHOUSE CIDER - LONG GROVE, IOWA
​A fruity, tart summer berry mix of strawberry, cherry and blueberry in our base of Iowa apple cider. Medium sweet and lightly carbonated. ABV 6.8%.
BIG RED BLOOD ORANGE CIDER -BRIDGEHOUSE CIDER - LONG GROVE, IOWA
​A fruit-forward, blood orange apple cider, with bold citrus flavors, and medium sweetness to balance the acidity of the apples and oranges. This cider also has a deep red color. ABV 6.9%.
TOASTED OAK CIDER - BRIDGEHOUSE CIDER - LONG GROVE, IOWA
​A medium dry blend from Jonagold, King David, Hudson Golden Gem and Roxbury Russet apples. We age this with bourbon infused oak, creating a warm and smooth drink. Apples impart sharp acidity and the oak provides soft notes of vanilla and caramel. It is fermented medium dry and is best served chilled or on the rocks. ABV 6.9%
