Toppling Goliath Brewery
Toppling Goliath Brewery
Toppling Goliath Brewing Company started in May of 2009 with Clark and Barb Lewey after months of dangerous experimental home brewing projects that claimed the Lewey’s garage. As the recipes gained favor with family and friends, they decided to build a small nano-brewery “on the hill” in Decorah, Iowa. Camp McClellan Cellars proudly features TGB and their Big Beer Brewed in Small Batches!

Wilson's Orchard Local Iowa Hard Cider

What makes Wilson's hard cider unique is the blend of apples they press. They choose each variety to use for its specific attributes – sweetness, tartness, tannins, and aroma. Wilson's apples are first ground and then pressed, producing 100% fresh juice. Yeast is then added to the pressed cider triggering the fermentation process. The yeast eats the naturally occurring sugar in cider, converting it to alcohol.
