ARIAL CHARDONNAY - DEALCOHOLIZED WINE
ARIEL Chardonnay, with its tropical fruit character and subtle oak from barrel aging, has a distinctive combination of buttery apple and butterscotch flavors, combined with a toasty French oak bouquet. This is a dealcoholized wine that will continue to develop complexity as it ages.
Try it with spaghetti carbonara, mango mahi-mahi, sautéed scallops, and crispy duck.

What is dealcoholized wine? Simply put, dealcoholized wine is a wine that has had the alcohol removed. ARIEL is more than mere grape juice! We make our wine using time-tested, traditional winemaking methods, starting with varietal wine grapes grown in California. After the juice is fermented, we remove the alcohol in the final stages using our cold filtration process. This allows people to enjoy the pleasure and nuance of a fermented beverage, but without alcohol.
