EMBER - FIRESIDE WINERY, MARENGO, IOWA
Dried plum and whiskey aromas greet you with the first sip. The smooth flavors of this dry red made with Marquette grapes finish with a smoky, oaky, whiskey finish. Ember was aged in a Templeton Rye whiskey barrel for 12 months. It’s the best thing to come out of the 2020 pandemic.
